1. Authorization of return
In order to undertake a valid return, you must obtain written approval for such return from YOUNG ELECTRIC.
Please contact us at support@youngelectricbikes.com with proof of purchase, photos, and videos of the item(s) you are about to return.
Any Products sent back to YOUNG ELECTRIC by you without the written consent of YOUNG ELECTRIC shall be rejected and returned to you at your cost.
2. Returned products should be packed with the original package
