If you find that the charger does not match the battery or encounters a malfunction, it is important to take appropriate action.

1. Please carefully examine the label on the charger and ensure that the voltage specified matches the voltage required for your battery. When the charger is connected to a power source, the indicator should display a green light. During the charging process, the indicator should turn red. If any discrepancies are noticed or the charger fails to function properly, it is recommended to replace the charger with a compatible one.

2️. In the scenario where the actual voltage of the battery falls below the protected voltage, it is advisable to check the battery voltage using a voltmeter. The standard voltage range for a 36V battery is typically between 32V and 42V, while a 48V battery usually ranges between 42V and 52V. If the battery voltage is outside these specified ranges, it could indicate potential problems or faulty parts that might be causing the issues.

3️. Should you find yourself unable to resolve the issues independently, it is highly recommended to seek further assistance from the customer service team. They possess the necessary expertise to provide guidance and support in troubleshooting and resolving any remaining concerns. Don't hesitate to reach out to them for additional help and assistance throughout the process.
