Who should bear the freight of return?

In case of defective and damaged products, please contact us to confirm that it is the problem of the e-bike itself. We will bear the freight of the return.  


In the case of non-quality returns, the customer bears the freight of the return.


The product to be sent back to YOUNG ELECTRIC must not have man-made damage, or any other signs of use, otherwise, we will charge a depreciation fee according to the degree of damage.


In the case of the customer sending any products back to YOUNG ELECTRIC without the written consent of YOUNG ELECTRIC, the customer bears the freight of the return.
