1️. Environmental conditions play a crucial role in maintaining the battery's health. It is important to charge the lithium battery within the recommended temperature range of 20-26℃. Extreme cold temperatures below 0℃ or hot temperatures above 50℃ should be avoided, as they can potentially damage the battery, reduce its service life, or even pose a fire hazard. Therefore, always strive to charge the battery in a moderate-temperature environment.

2️. Unlike some older battery technologies, lithium batteries do not suffer from memory effects. However, it is still advisable to charge the battery after every riding session, especially if it has been fully depleted. Charging the battery regularly helps to maintain its optimal performance and prolong its overall lifespan.

3️. When not in use, it is recommended to store your e-bike indoors, if possible, to protect it from prolonged exposure to rain or direct sunlight. If you anticipate not using the e-bike for an extended period, ensure that the battery is charged to at least 40% before storage. Additionally, find a stable, dry, and cool environment to keep the battery. To prevent the battery from losing its capacity, it is advisable to charge the battery at least once a month during storage. These practices will help prolong the battery's service life.

4️. To ensure the safe and efficient charging of the battery, it is crucial to strictly use the official charger provided with your e-bike. Using non-standard or unqualified chargers can lead to battery failure and significantly reduce the battery's overall service life. Therefore, always rely on the recommended charger specifically designed for your battery type to maintain optimal performance and safety.
